    As we start to come out of lock down, British Science Week this year couldn't be a better opportunity to recognise the importance of understanding the world around us.  The UK has led the way in vaccine development and our students will become future innovators, engineers and scientists that change and protect our world.

    This year our Science department is celebrating British Science Week with a variety of quizzes, STEM activities and mentoring opportunities for older students.  In addition we want students to celebrate SCIENCE AT HOME by performing their own experiments right in their kitchen or on the dining table!

    We have filmed a set of experiments which require only basic household items so that everyone can take part, even those still at home. We want to see student efforts too, so get those cameras out!
