Student Council provides you with the forum to express your ideas and concerns relating to the school. Council Meetings give opportunities for Council Representatives to report back to their tutor groups. Meetings take place every two weeks (Thursday Week B during Tutor Period) and there is also a valuable forum for raising issues with the Headteacher personally at Headteacher's Question Time.

The Head Girl and Head Boy are Heads of Council of which there are 25 student members, one representative from each tutor group. The Deputy Head Girl and Deputy Head Boy support the Heads of Council in their role. There is one Deputy Council Representative per tutor group whose role it is to support the Council Representative and attend Council meetings in their absence. The Council is comprised of five sub-committees: Teaching and Learning, Student Welfare, Eco, Canteen and Charities.

We also have two International Ambassadors.

Our Mentoring programme is headed up by the Head Mentor and Deputy.
